ZER01 Mobile Communications, Inc. was formed in the United States in 2008, as a Nevada corporation and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UTGI, to pursue opportunities in the Mobile VoIP (MoIP) telecom and Application market as a direct offering of UTGI. ZER01 Mobile Communications will grow the company with a commercial launch of a product and service that has never before existed, by leveraging the assets of Unified Technologies Group.
